Noah Grayson, Managing Director

Noah Grayson is Managing Director and Founder of South End Capital Corporation. In South End Capital Corporation, Mr. Grayson has created a firm that institutionalizes the integrity, expertise, and professionalism which have been the hallmark of his financial career.

Prior to founding South End Capital Corporation Mr. Grayson served first as Vice President and then Senior Vice President of First Beacon Financial, LLC a national commercial correspondent lender and commercial real estate investment banking firm. Prior to those posts, Mr. Grayson served as a Senior Director for Bayview Financial, LP, formerly the largest commercial real estate lender “by unit” in the world.

Mr. Grayson has underwritten and arranged financing for over one billion dollars worth of commercial transactions, served as key negotiating principal on a variety of large structured finance transactions, and has consulted for some of the largest private real estate holding companies, corporations and investors in the country.

Mr. Grayson received his BS in Business Administration and Finance from The Kogod School of Business at The American University in Washington, DC.
